- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-facing innovations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts and academic partners
- Translate foresight insights into prioritized R&D initiatives and investment opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive committee
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, or sustainable technology trends
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience building partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
