Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful future-oriented projects
