Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their societal impacts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Lead quarterly 'Future Horizons' workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author predictive whitepapers on workforce automation and human augmentation trends
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Oversee the implementation of '2026 Vision' initiatives across 15+ departments
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary trend-mapping tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend analysis platforms (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner)
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy)
