Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready products

- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
