Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Partner with C-suite to align future-proof initiatives with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum AI
- Published author or keynote speaker in innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with SDG-aligned sustainable innovation frameworks
