Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive market changes
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech convergence points
- Analyze global megatrends to inform product development and market entry strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and human-technology symbiosis
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and strategic adaptation capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation or policy impact
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level scenario planning and stakeholder alignment
- Published research or patents in emerging technology forecasting or innovation theory
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented with measurable future impact
