Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product development pipelines
- Build stakeholder narratives and executive presentations communicating future scenarios and strategic imperatives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and future-readiness
- Monitor and report on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and their disruptive potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with proven future-shaping impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing C-level strategies for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling business cases
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
