Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for enterprise resilience in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings quantifying future market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future demand
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Certification in CFPS (Certified Professional Futurist) or equivalent preferred
