Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026+ foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging threats
- Translate future insights into strategic roadmaps and product development priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation processes
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
