Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and market disruptors through AI-powered trend analysis
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and client growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database tracking 500+ emerging indicators
- Adv executive stakeholders on scenario planning for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across client organizations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing market-leading future strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience leading high-stakes scenario planning for global enterprises
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or innovation frameworks
