Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and neurotech
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven market impact projections
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts while building an AI-powered foresight platform
- Author annual 'State of the Future' report featured at Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech (quantum, biotech, or Web3)
- Exceptional proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Wild Cards)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and Fortune 500 boards
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publication
- Advanced certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology from Stanford/MIT
- Fluency in strategic foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
