Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech convergence
- Published thought leadership in Nature or MIT Technology Review (2019-2023)
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
