Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario-planning sessions with C-suite stakeholders
- Design and launch experimental ventures targeting future market opportunities
- Build and lead cross-functional teams of technologists, designers, and domain experts
- Present insights and recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven experience developing and implementing scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams of 10+ professionals
