- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Produce quarterly Future State Briefings with data-driven insights on emerging technologies
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Curate the annual Future Forward Summit featuring industry disruptors
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts and futurist researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or thought leadership
