- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and sustainable AI systems
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation roadmaps with market disruption forecasts
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers and industry-shaping thought leadership
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation architects
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (neurotech, AGI, climate engineering)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFt, CFP)
- Published author on technological disruption or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis platforms
