Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure systems and biometric interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Drive adoption of sustainable circular economy models across product lifecycles
- Deliver futurist insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ in futurist or foresight roles
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AI, bio-tech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Design methodologies
- Published work in peer-reviewed innovation journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of deployed future-casting projects with measurable impact
