Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ patents
- Expertise in machine learning, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech from lab to market

- Experience securing federal grants and VC funding
