Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technology roadmap for the company, specifically focusing on capabilities relevant to the 2026 timeframe (e.g., AGI, neural interfaces, decentralized networks).
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research teams in identifying and validating emerging technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to ensure our '2026' strategy remains ahead of the curve.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology Planning.
- Foresight: Proven track record of anticipating technological shifts and adapting business models accordingly.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current AI models (LLMs, Transformers) and emerging technologies (Quantum, AR/VR).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex, futuristic ideas to diverse audiences.
