Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market disruption analysis for future-proofing organizational strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic initiative progress and ROI for 2026 targets
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
