Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for the '2026' product suite, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and developers in exploring emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced neural networks.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex microservices architectures and distributed systems that power our core platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers to ensure architectural decisions align with business goals and market trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a strong interest in futuristic computing paradigms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creativity: A proven track record of innovative problem-solving and the ability to think several steps ahead of the market.
