- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investments
- Present strategic technology plans to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for large-scale initiatives
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects with $10M+ annual budget allocation
- Foster a culture of innovation through mentorship and technology evangelism across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic plans
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO) strongly preferred
