Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with quantifiable KPIs

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with quarterly strategic reviews
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech-driven organizations
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers)
- Experience with Fortune 500 digital transformation initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
