- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum applications, biotech integrations)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for enterprise clients
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships with leading universities and labs
- Mentor a team of 8+ technical specialists in futuristic technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise-level tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Strategic partnerships experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
