Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends impacting 2026 (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Lead competitive intelligence initiatives and emerging tech due diligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption readiness and ROI
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into development cycles
- Build and lead a global network of technology futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with executive-level presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar technology innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or business publications
