Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Strategic Vision for the organization, aligning technology roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) relevant to 2026.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable product features and technical initiatives.
- Manage the budget and resources for strategic R&D projects focused on future-state capabilities.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to communicate the strategic value of future technology investments.
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of upcoming tech trends to ensure compliance and corporate responsibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Technology Consulting, or a Senior Engineering Leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and defining long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.
- Advanced degree (MBA or M.S.) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.
