Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR, Sustainable Tech) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with external partners, incubators, and think tanks to stay ahead of industry curve.
- Oversee the digital transformation strategy, ensuring scalability and security for next-gen platforms.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members effectively.
- Manage a budget for R&D and future tech pilots, ensuring ROI and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and predict market trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing engineering and product teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycle practices.
