- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research initiatives, collaborating with engineering and product teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and patent filings to maintain a strategic edge in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technological concepts and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives and investors, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Innovation Labs: Manage the internal Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping for future solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or R&D within the technology sector.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically AI, machine learning, and blockchain, with a keen interest in 2026 tech forecasts.
