- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with business growth objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape studies for emerging technologies
- Secure $15M+ annual R&D budget through strategic vendor negotiations and grant proposals
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from prototype to production
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology standards
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets through complex stakeholder management
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
