You'll report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and lead a team of 15 specialists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling new solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience with agile development and lean innovation methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
