Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web4.0)
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into client solutions
- Present strategic vision to investors, clients, and industry thought leaders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
