Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 innovation cycles
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and spatial computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business vision
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across emerging technology verticals
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in autonomous systems
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Present at global innovation forums including CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI, quantum systems, or human-computer interaction
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell preferred)
- Experience with international tech policy development (ITU, WEF, OECD)
