Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystems
- Lead quantum computing and AI integration initiatives for enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-centric AI applications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of exponential thinking
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through compelling technology proposals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI-powered products at scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field required
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, C++)
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
