Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions across global markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in AI Ethics, Cloud Architecture, or Quantum Computing
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
