Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for futuristic solutions
- Drive patent strategy and IP development for next-gen tech portfolios
- Mentor a team of 8+ technologists and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/biotech products with >$100M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and S-curves analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience with global tech ecosystem (Silicon Valley + Asia/Europe hubs)
