Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technology initiatives
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Strategy preferred
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, or Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in technology management (CTM, CTO, or equivalent)
