- Build strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and executive stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property portfolio expansion
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching futuristic tech products (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Deep understanding of Web4.0, metaverse, and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
