- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business growth
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons for breakthrough ideation
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and industry partners
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management for tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for experimental tech projects
