Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 market predictions and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and academic partnerships for strategic acquisition
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board with data-driven investment recommendations
- Build and mentor an innovation lab focused on 2026-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or spatial web
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published research or patents in future technologies or exponential innovation
- Experience building ethical AI governance frameworks
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Strategy preferred
