Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuro interfaces, decentralized AI) for competitive advantage
- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding through compelling investor pitches and white papers
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and AI ethics consortiums
- Present quarterly technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web4.0 architecture
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with >$50M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, or equivalent)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon Europe program directors
