Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop policies ensuring compliance with evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks and ethical dilemmas in 2026
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices and responsible deployment
- Represent the company in industry consortiums and regulatory dialogues on AI ethics
- Create stakeholder communications explaining complex ethical considerations to non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles
- Experience conducting bias audits and fairness assessments in production AI systems
- Strong background in risk management for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published work on AI ethics or governance in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
- Proficiency with Python and statistical analysis tools for AI bias detection
