Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines and scalable neural network infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art foundation models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) for specific domain applications.
- Autonomous Systems: Develop and implement reinforcement learning algorithms to power autonomous decision-making agents.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into robust, production-ready software ecosystems.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends (Quantum ML, Neuromorphic Computing) relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex AI projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
