As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to develop strategic roadmaps that position us as leaders in the post-2025 technology ecosystem. You'll have unparalleled resources to prototype, test, and implement breakthrough technologies that will shape the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 with focus on AI ethics, quantum integration, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential 10x impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in enterprise ecosystems
- Present strategic blueprints to investors, partners, and industry think tanks
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with global impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global collaboration
