Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation and deployment of advanced systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including government agencies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for 2026 technology incubation projects
- Build partnerships with global research institutions and tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with global impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism required
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture or equivalent
