Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable systems that support our 2026 product roadmap and beyond.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards, best practices, and methodologies to drive innovation across the engineering organization.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Lead the migration and optimization of cloud-native environments, leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and security teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system health and drive initiatives to improve latency, throughput, and overall system resilience.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of managing large-scale cloud deployments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
