Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps for emerging markets including Web4, neuro-interfaces, and climate-tech AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant blockchain protocols
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DARPA, and EU Horizon Europe
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Oversee development of carbon-negative data centers using liquid cooling tech
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and government entities
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling startups from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Security clearance eligibility for federal tech initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
