Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and their market disruption potential for 2026
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable technical initiatives
- Monitor global tech innovation hubs and competitive landscapes to identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets
- Present technology strategies and ROI projections to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption, prioritizing ethical considerations and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) or emerging tech specializations
- Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-cultural tech teams
