- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across R&D initiatives
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future research priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (ACF) or equivalent
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- MBA/MS in Technology Strategy or related field preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or German a significant advantage
