- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on innovation investment decisions
- Manage $15M+ annual technology innovation budget across 12+ projects
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board of directors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling innovative tech from concept to market
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Experience managing $10M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
