Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business with tech specialization
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CDIO)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or innovation scaling
