Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-proof systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to implementation
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks and scenario modeling
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
